About the Event
The Kanban Method is for managers who are responsible for delivering services to customers, who want to improve such services and who want help with improving such services.
The Kanban Method is how such managers apply systems thinking to the continuous improvement of such services in professional services organizations, which are complex adaptive systems.
By learning to apply the Kanban Method, managers increase the likelihood that such services will be continuously fit for the purposes of their customers.
Managers properly trained in the Kanban Method are capable of reaping the benefits of Kanban with any service and every scale of deliverables—change requests, features, products, projects, programs, LOB portfolios and enterprise level initiatives; capable are they as well of succesfully implementing Kanban within any organizational construct—"Waterfall" silos, "Agile" teams, individual contributors, groups, squads, pods, tribes, etc.
